Returns and Exchange Policy
Every KooKoo Bear Baby & Kids product is specially selected for its exceptional style and quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After 30 days, merchandise may be returned for exchange or for a KooKoo Bear Kids Credit towards a future order. Items being returned for refund and are not in the original packaging or are used in anyway are subject to a 20% restocking fee, customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
All merchandise being returned must be in it's original condition and original packaging. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment less the shipping and handling fees. Gifts may be returned for merchandise credit or exchanged for other merchandise of equal value only. On Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of all returns and exchanges.
Furniture, Custom, Personalized and Special Orders
Many of our products, such as furniture,
linens, wall art, monogrammed or personalized items, are custom made to order at the time
of purchase. Any cancellations of these orders cannot be accommodated and are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

To return an item, please follow the steps below.
Items received without an RMA Number will be refused.
|1.||Call the KooKoo Bear Kids customer service Department at 1-800-475-6909 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).|
|2.||Prepare a return shipping label for your Exchange/Return and make sure to clearly display your name and address and the RMA number obtained in step 1.|
|3.||Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package.|
|4.||Return the package to us via UPS, Fed Ex, or insured parcel post to the address below.|
