If you don't have time to browse our site to find the item you're looking for, simply locate the item's number in our catalog (next to the price) click on the "search" link and enter the description or item number you are seeking and you will be redirected to that item!
Payment Options: We proudly accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, Personal Checks (check are held 15 days before shipping), and of course, KooKoo Bear Kids Gift Certificates. We apologize for any inconvenience but at this time we do not accept CODs.
Gift Certificates: KooKoo Bear Gift Certificates are available on-line or by phone in $25.00 increments. Our gift certificates arrive via first-class mail and include a copy of our latest catalog. There is no charge for first-class delivery. Express Delivery is available for a nominal fee.
Gift Packaging: The second it arrives, they'll know it's something special! Our gift packaging service includes a KooKoo Bear Kids signature yellow box, matching grosgrain ribbon bow and a handwritten gift card with your personal message. Gift Box & Wrapping is available for only $4.95 per box. Please note that some over sized or drop-shipped items cannot be gift-packaged.
Please note: customer is responsible for all freight charges if delivery is returned or refused or cancelled during processing.
Furniture, Custom, Personalized and Special Orders: Many of our products, such as furniture, linens, wall art, monogrammed and personalized items, are made to order at the time of purchase. In these cases we ask that you submit any changes to your order within three (3) days of the purchase date. Any changes or cancellations of orders beyond this three (3) day period cannot be accommodated. Please remember custom, personalized, and special orders are paid in advance and may take longer then usual to fulfill, therefore are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Pricing, Availability & Errors: Although the information on this web site has been checked for accuracy; occasionally errors and omissions occur and are subject to correction. If this should occur and affect a specific order, you will be notified by a customer service representative regarding the details and the item it pertains too.
How We Deliver: KooKoo Bear Kids offers two convenient delivery options to locations within the Continental U.S. (Does Not Include Alaska, Hawaii, or PR) Standard Ground and Rush Delivery.
Standard Ground Shipping and Handling: Delivery of in stock items normally takes 5 to 10 business days from receipt of order. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Shipping & Handling charges are listed in the table below. Oversized Items such as Rugs, and items that fit in an oversized box (as defined by UPS and FedEx) will incur an additional surcharge. Packages sent to P.O. boxes will be sent via the US Postal Service Priority Mail Delivery.
Rush Delivery: In-stock items can be shipped by rush delivery service via UPS, FedEx or Express Mail from the US Postal Service. Surcharges will apply in these cases and will be in addition to our regular charges Listed in the table below. In order to process orders for rush delivery, the order must be received before 3:00PM (EST). Ordering Rush Delivery does not guarantee a shipping date just the shipping method used to deliver your package. Weekend delivery is also available for an additional charge. If your delivery will need a exact delivery date please call our customer service department with the exact details to ensure your delivery requirements are met.
How We Deliver Furniture and Oversized Items: KooKoo Bear Kids offers two convenient shipping options; Standard Delivery and Comfy Bear White Glove Service. Furniture, because of its size and weight, will only be shipped by motor freight to points within the continental United States. Please discuss any special delivery requirements or circumstances with your KooKoo Bear Kids Customer Service Representative. Oversized Items such as Rugs and items which require an oversized box (as defined by UPS and FedEx) will incur an additional surcharge.
Standard Furniture Surcharge: Furniture and oversized items can sometimes be both heavy and bulky and the cost for shipment of these items can be higher. Therefore, these larger items have a delivery surcharge that may apply in addition to the standard delivery charges. If a surcharge is required it will be noted in parentheses next to the items price. However, due to your address and delivery location or any special circumstances of that location additional charges may apply.
In Home Comfy Bear White Glove Service: Most furniture and heavy items can be delivered by our In Home Comfy Bear White Glove Service. With our Comfy Bear White Glove Service, the item is brought into your home, unpacked, assembled and positioned in the room of your choosing. In addition; we will remove any crating or packaging material from the home. Delivery is by appointment only, Monday - Friday and we will call to arrange a day and time convenient to your schedule. The cost for this service is only $155.00 per shipment in addition to the Standard Furniture shipping fees. Please call your KooKoo Bear Kids Customer Service Representative for an exact price and to inform us of any special circumstances or requirements.
